Sorry to go all TMZ on you, but whenever Cupid's arrow hits Baltimore's golden boy, Michael Phelps, it warrants mention. The 14-time Olympic gold medalist is reportedly dating Brittny Gastineau, the daughter of former NFL single-season sack record holder Mark Gastineau, according to TMZ.com.
Phelps is gearing up for his final run as an Olympian two years from now in London, though some are questioning how dedicated Phelps is to the pool at this point. I'm not qualified to speculate.
I am qualified, though, to point out that Phelps was rocking an Orioles hat when he was spotted with Gastineau in Los Angeles over the weekend. Bonus points to Phelps for keeping it hometown.
